Apartamentos la Platea

It is located in the green Extremadura, in the Ambroz Valley, north of the town of Cáceres, in the Ruta de la Plata (Route of the Silver), where different peoples and cultures left their mark in a region surrounded by charming landscapes.

These are new apartments arranged around a picturesque “patio de comedias” (a place where plays used to be performed in the Renaissance).  They are totally fitted, provided with air-conditioning and with a capacity of 2-6 people.  In “La Alojería” you will enjoy a large variety of “pinchos” and “raciones” (small food portions).  We also have “Las Cañadas” campsite & bungalows, where you have at your disposal facilities such as paddle tennis and tennis courts, football 7 pitch (football for seven players each team), multi-sport facilities, a swimming pool for adults and another for children, playground for children, minigolf, petanca court, Ping-Pong tables…  You will have lots of fun.  There is also a large café and restaurant.

The surroundings
You will discover places, landscapes and lovely spots such as the Hervás Jewish neighbourhood, the Jerte Valley, chestnut groves and oak woods, centenary trees, monuments and museums: Roman baths, the Ruta de la Plata, Cáparra Roman village, Perez Comendador Museum, hiking, bicycle, riding and quad bike routes through the chestnut forest.
Enjoy traditional fiestas, which have a great cultural attractiveness.  For instance you can attend the “magic autumn” or “la conserva” in Hervás.
