
Opened in July 1951, this hotel was a preferring place for businessmen, traders and prosperous families of the 50s and 60s. The hotel was built at a marvelous place where guests can combine peace and nature at the same time. It was constructed under the name “Parador de Les Rotes” on the base of an old manor house from this area and, at this time, it was considered as one of the best hotels of its class.
Its situation within the Montgó mountain nature park and only a few meters from the sea, converts it into a peacefully place where relaxing in pure nature is possible. A bus stop just in front of it connects you with the centre of the town, only 4 km away.
The hotel offers you, among other, a swimming-pool, bicycles and quads, air-conditioning, TV and breakfast-buffet. It also has meeting-rooms where groups from 15 to 200 persons can be served and a restaurant cooking typical Mediterranean meals.
At only 50m, you will find the well known “Punta Negra” with its Caribbean blue waters. Beside this bay, you will find a path which leads you directly to Denia and, thus, invites you to have a relaxed walk through the unique environment.

Diving in the Caribbean blue water of Les Rotes as well as making trips and visiting some of the natural paradises like the Cabo San Antonio, the Gerro Tower or the Montgó mountain natural park. The foothill of this mountain extends up to the sea, forming impressing slopes which can reach up to 163m.
In its 2150 ha wide area you also can find a lot of different types of animals and more than 600 species of plants.
